4. Attendance and Participation:

Regular attendance is crucial for successful completion of courses.
Students are expected to actively participate in class activities and assignments.

5. Code of Conduct:

Respectful and professional behavior is expected from all students.
Any form of discrimination, harassment, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.

6. Intellectual Property:

Students retain the rights to their work created during courses.
Use of Masters Academy of Makeup Arts branding, materials, or intellectual property without permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Certification:

Successful completion of a course does not guarantee certification.
Certificates will be issued based on predetermined criteria and assessment.

9. Changes to Terms:

Masters Academy of Makeup Arts reserves the right to terminate a student's enrollment due to violation of terms or disruptive behavior.

11. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction:

In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation and mediation.
If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
